What we’re doing to improve accessibility

We are continually monitoring our website for accessibility.

Staff responsible for content on the website, are required to undertake training in producing more accessible content and improving content already on the site.

In addition, we are working with our supplier (iTrent) to fix issues relevant to the accessibility of content and system.

Preparation of this accessibility statement

Testing Processes 

This website (an identical test environment) was last tested on 18 March 2026 prior to the new system going live. Some tests were repeated on the live system on 24 March 2026. The tests were carried out internally on a sample of pages and the user journey of applying for a job utilising automated tools as well as manual testing. We report our findings to iTrent for accessibility improvements.
