Estates Help Desk
Estates Help Desk provides a single point of contact through which problems can be recorded and requests can be raised and then prioritised on a consistent basis.
Problems and requests for the following areas can be raised using the contact details below:
Building maintenance
Campus Development projects
Cleaning
Grounds maintenance
Health & Safety
Portering

Your call or email will be received by our Estates Help Desk team and your request will be logged in Concerto (the new Computer Aided Facilities Management System (CAFM) software). You will receive an email notifying you that your request has been logged.
During this period, we will not meet our normal SLAs as we familiarise ourselves with the system. In the short-term, there will be limited capacity to provide updates on progress to requestors.
Estates staff can now raise jobs directly through Concerto.
If you need any assistance, when using Concerto for the first time, you can call 0118 378 7000 or internally 7000 and someone will talk you through raising a job.
