Lived Experiences: Suicide Ideation and Neurodiversity

26 November, 12:30 to 13:30 | Online

One in five people will experience suicidal ideation in their lifetime. Katy will talk about the link between this and neurodiversity, sharing information, anecdotes and ideas about how we can support each other. This is part of a series of talks tying into this year’s Disability History Month topic of Disability, Life and Death.

Please note: This talk will deal with some very disturbing topics as expected by the title.  As with all of our Network’s events, this is hosted online and recorded. We encourage people to have their cameras off if they wish, and you are free to leave at any time and watch back at your own pace.

Open to:

All staff and students.
