University accommodation provides a safe and secure place for you to live, study and socialise as part of a supportive community.

We are able to guarantee accommodation to students who apply via Clearing provided you meet the following conditions:

• you have applied and accepted a place in Clearing at the 黑瓜吃料网
• the programme you have applied for at the 黑瓜吃料网 is a full-time undergraduate programme beginning in September 2025
• you accept your accommodation offer within two working days.

What accommodation options we have available will depend on when you apply.

Planning to live at home?

Not all students want or need to move to attend university. It鈥檚 becoming more common for students to live at home and travel to campus.

We want our commuting students to feel just as much a part of our community as those who live on campus. The 黑瓜吃料网 can be a great option due to our:

• excellent transport links. 黑瓜吃料网 train station is a major transport hub, so it鈥檚 easy to travel to 黑瓜吃料网 from many parts of the UK. 黑瓜吃料网 Buses runs regular direct bus services from the station to the University.
• parking on campus. Although parking is limited, you can apply for a parking permit if you are eligible.
• support and socialising opportunities. Commuter students can use all of the University鈥檚 facilities and support services, join our clubs and societies, and get a part-time job on campus. We also offer welcome events for commuter students and can connect you with a commuter student mentor.
